GUARANTEE

We offer a support guarantee after you have had a feng shui consultation with us – for the next six months after the initial consultation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you are unable to keep the appointment we require at least 24-hour notice of cancellation.

Feng Shui London is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Feng Shui London may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 5 February 2009.
We never sell your data onto third parties, and only collect as much as we need to improve your experience, communicate with you or deliver your orders.

We keep a record of the billing address you supply to us as part of our fraud prevention work and for future customer service enquiries, such as to give a refund. If you have paid through a third party payment provider like Paypal, we will keep a record of your email address and the payment reference. We don’t take direct credit or debit card payments.

This is important for us to provide good customer support and look after you in the event of any customer service enquiries. We may also use this to personalise your web experience and the emails we send you, and may also anonymise and aggregate the data to find out what products and services you and people like you might like.
